When will I receive my order?
We ship out coffees on the 1st week of every month
What are the upcoming coffees?
We announce the coffees on the week prior to shipment. For example, the April shipment will be announced on the last week of March.
Which coffees will I receive?
1 x 200g subscribers receive one of the two coffees.
2 x 200g subscribers receive both coffees.
1kg subscribers will receive both coffees.
When will I get charged?
Subscriptions get charged every month on the same day you first subscribed. For example, you joined our subscription on Feb 2nd, your next charge will happen on March 2nd. Weekends & Holidays may change the date slightly.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription by signing in to your account. Just enter the email you used at checkout, and you'll receive a passcode to sign in. You can also send us an email to info@saija.co and we'll happily make any adjustments.

Please note, we work really hard to bring you the best experience possible. We roast in very small productions runs that offer us little leeway. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds or reverse subscription charges. You can access your account and manage your subscription at any time prior to the up-coming month, or send us a message and we will happily make the changes for you.
