Essentials:

Resting Coffee

The coffees you'll receive from us are intentionally roasted in a way that highlight their delicate & nuanced qualities.

This means the coffee is dense, requiring a slightly longer off-gassing period. We have a page on our website going into further details here, but essentially all this means is that you'll get a much better flavour experience after resting the coffee.

We recommend a resting period of 2 weeks from the date it was roasted.
