Amparo Botina's coffees are excellent. She's a wife, mother, grandmother and coffee farmer of Finca El Encinal, which sits at 1920masl in a valley above the Los Arrayanes River in Nariño, Colombia. Thanks to premiums paid on her coffees by Apex, Amparo has invested in infrastructure for El Encinal that has improved the flavour and shelf life of her coffees year after year.
